    الرئيس تبون ينهي مهام 09 قضاة

    أمضى رئيس الجمهورية، عبد المجيد تبون، مراسيم رئاسية صادرة في العدد الاخير 26 من الجريدة الرسمية، تتضمن انهاء مهام قضاة   

    وتم انهاء مهام القضاء الآتية أسماؤهم لاحالتهم على التقاعد، ويتعلق الامر بكل من القاضي كمال توفيق بن سلميان، والقاضيات نادية مريان قدار، نصيرة بوشني، عقيلة بوبلاطة، شفيعة بن خلاطة  

    كما تم انهاء مهام القاضية سعاد زروق والقاضي عبد الكريم سلاطنية بطلب منهما  

    فيما تم انهاء مهام القاضيين سليم شوافة وفاطمة الزهراء اسماعيلي

     Exclusif. Algérie : « Douteuses et troublantes »   Le président de la République, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, a pris des décrets présidentiels parus dans le dernier numéro 26 du Journal officiel, portant notamment sur la cessation des fonctions des juges. Les fonctions judiciaires suivantes ont été supprimées en raison de leur renvoi à la retraite. L'affaire concerne le juge Kamal Tawfiq bin Salman et les femmes juges Nadia Marian Qaddar, Nasira Boushni, Aqila Boublata et Shafia bin Khalata. Les fonctions des juges Souad Zarrouk et Abdul Karim Salatnieh ont également été levées à leur demande. Entre-temps, les fonctions des juges Salim Shawafah et Fatima Al-Zahraa Ismaili ont pris fin.

The following judicial positions have been abolished due to retirement.
