    أكدت رئيسة الهلال الأحمر الجزائري إبتسام حملاوي، أنها هي من رفضت المساعدات المالية التي يقدمها الجمعيات او المواطنين للهلال الأحمر الجزائري.

    وأشارت حملاوي في تصريح لها خلال ندوة صحفية اليوم الثلاثاء، أن رفض قبول التبرع بالأموال جاء لانقاص التعاملات المالية، مؤكدة أنها تفضل المساعدات الغذائية على الأموال و التبرعات المالية. خاصة وان المتبرعين أحرار في تقديم المساعدات التي يردونها

    وأوضحت حملاوي في سياق ذي صلة ، أن جمع الأموال يترتب عليه مشاكل عديدة وخاصة لتفادي الإحتيال من قبل بعض الانتهازيين الذين يرتدون سترة الهلال الأحمر الجزائري و يجمعون أموال بإسمه.

    وأكدت حملاوي، أن انعدام الميكانيزمات من أجل توصيل الاموال هو ماادى إلى رفض جمعها، مشيرة إلى أن الدولة هي من تقرر أين تذهب المساعدات
