قالمة: 19 مارس.... العقل على الذاكرة والقلب على عمل التجديد    

     تتضمن خارطة الطريق التي لا تمحى للأمة الجزائرية، والتي تم تحديدها في إعلان 1 نوفمبر 1954، مجموعة من القرارات التي يتعين تنفيذها من أجل النجاح في انتزاع الوطن من نير الاستعمار وتحقيق ولادة الدولة الوطنية من جديد لصالح الدولة الجزائرية. لقد تم دفع ثمن باهظ من الدماء من أجل استعادة سيادتنا، التي نحتفل بها اليوم بالذكرى الستين لوقف القتال. وفي 18 مارس 1962، تم التوقيع على اتفاقات إيفيان، التي أقرت وقف إطلاق النار الذي ينطبق في اليوم التالي على جميع أنحاء الإقليم، بما في ذلك الصحراء الجزائرية. وتم اختتام الفترة الانتقالية باستفتاء تقرير المصير الذي أسس لاستقلال بلادنا. لقد أنجز الشعب الجزائري للتو عملاً إنسانياً ذا بعد عالمي، مما مهد الطريق أمام الشعوب المستعمرة الأخرى للاستيقاظ والرد. ومن خلال واجب الذاكرة هذا، تتبادر إلى الأذهان الملحمة المبهرة بأكملها مع هذه المسيرة المتواصلة التي دامت 132 عاماً من المقاومة. والانتفاضة الدائمة، حيث كتب الشعب الجزائري في انتفاضته الثورية الأصيلة في صفحات التاريخ العالمي، واحدة من أمجد طبقات نضال الإنسان من أجل حريته وكرامته وحقه في التقدم. ، احتفالات الذكرى الستين لعيد النصر بحمام دباغ، تتميز بالحجارة البيضاء الجديدة للجزائر الجديدة التي تواصل طرد الكيد والحيلة والخبث الغادر وانتهازية رفاق بهلوانية النهب. الذين أرادوا بيع البلاد بالمزاد العلني، وظل الشعب يقظا للرد على الإجراءات الصارمة المرتبطة بالوقاية من وباء كوفيد 19 الخبيث المعلن رغم بوادر التحسن، وهذا يكشف في وضح النهار عن الدرجة المتقدمة من العقلية المدنية لشعبنا "لقد استسلم المواطنون لمواجهة الخطر بشكل جماعي. إنها حرب فيروسية غير مسبوقة، وبحكم طبيعة التمرد، يظل الجزائري حساسًا بشكل أساسي تجاه جميع أشكال الغزو أو العدوان الخارجي إلى درجة الانخراط في معركة عنيدة ضد عدو اللحظة" "، مع التضحية الذاتية التي لا تتزعزع في سلوكه المجتمعي، والموافقة على تأديب نفسه في تطهير بيئته المباشرة، وتبني اليقظة المتزايدة في نفس الوقت. إن هؤلاء الأشخاص الذين هزوا أسس الاستعمار في 11 ديسمبر 1960، يتذكرون أن استقلال لقد تم انتزاع البلاد بثمن باهظ من الأرواح البشرية لأننا اعتمدنا فقط على إمكاناتنا وقيمنا الجوهرية؛ وكم ورثنا حتى "الأرض المحروقة"، بنصيبها من البؤس والمعاقين والعاطلين عن العمل والأميين والأرامل والعمال. أيتام، فضلاً عن اقتصاد مدمر، لكن الشعب كان حراً بعد أن عانى من ويلات الليل الاستعماري الطويل، من استعباد وتجريد من الإنسانية. واليوم تواصل مسيرة هذا البطل العظيم، وهو الشعب، تقدمها الهادئ وكل شيء يوحي بأن ورغم تقلبات الحياة وإغراءات الزمن، فهو يسير فقط في طريق قدره، دون الخروج عن خارطة الطريق التي اعتنقها في الأول من تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1954.   

ولا من ذاكرته الجماعية التي يستمد منها هويته قوة التجديد، فالعظماء يقيسون أنفسهم بالإصرار والحزم في مقاومة الأزمات المتعددة لكي يعرفوا كيف ينهضون ويواصلون مسيرتهم في السلوك الأخلاقي، قلبهم على العمل ليصنعوه. تقيس الشعوب العظيمة نفسها أيضًا من خلال التدفق الغازي للأفعال التي يتم إنجازها والتي يقررها يوميًا قادة النخبة، المنخرطون في بدء مهام واسعة النطاق فيما يتعلق بالتنمية العالمية التي يتم التحكم فيها بشكل مستدام، على أمل الحصول في المقابل على الرضا الأخلاقي فقط. بالنسبة للأشخاص الذين يريدون أن يكونوا إيجابيين، فإن فكرة الأخلاق والواجب المنجز يجب أن تكون قابلة للقراءة على جميع جبهات مؤسسات البلاد لوضع حد لكل إغراءات الغطرسة أو الفتنة والصراعات الفئوية، المختزلة المصالح والتمركز حول الذات على خلفية إنكار المصلحة العامة. من هم في السلطة ملتزمون بخدمة الوطن والمواطن وهذه المعادلة مبنية على المفهوم المناسب الذي يربط بين مفهوم الواجب والحق، وفي الضباب سيحاول شياطين الفوضى ودارسو الإجماع دائما إساءة استخدام الأساسيات. قيم المواطنة من خلال الاستبعاد غير المناسب لأفكار قبول الاختلاف وفكرة المشاركة وحكمة التعايش السلس، ولا يمكن أن نعتز بأمل شعبنا الوطني إلا في صفوف الحكمة والنكران. التجديد الوطني، مدعوما بالأمانة للقسم الذي قدمه شهدائنا، بهدف مواجهة التحديات الأكثر تعقيدا.وفي هذا البعد، يجب علينا إعادة الاتصال بالقيم الراسخة              

لتاريخنا وبالثقة في قدراتنا المتكيفة مع الفضائل. من العمل بالنسبة للمواطن الجزائري العادي، تتم قراءة الحسابات في دفتر الأستاذ. إن الفترة ما بين  نوفمبر 1954 و 19 مارس 1962 ما هي إلا صفحة من تاريخنا مكتوبة في هذا الكتاب الكبير المفتوح الذي لا يمنع شيء من قراءته بهدوء والمناقشة على قدم المساواة في كل دقيقة بين الناس المتحضرين ما دام الطرف الآخر يمكنهم التخلص من التصاميم الغامضة المنسوجة في ألياف التلمود التي تم اختبارها حاليًا والتي اهتزت بشكل أساسي من قبل الاندفاع الأخير للدب السيبيري الذي سيضع حدًا لشرههم المهيمن، في إعادة تشكيل عالمية جديدة تحطم كل أمل في العثور على المعبد سليمان.انتهت اللعبة. 

   L'indélébile feuille de route de la nation algérienne,définie dans la proclamation du premier novembre 1954,renferme un panel de résolutions à mettre en œuvre en vue de parvenir à arracher la patrie du joug colonial et de concrétiser la renaissance de l’État National,favorisant le retour du peuple algérien sur la scène internationale,dont il fut si longtemps et sciemment exclu.Un lourd tribut de sang a été payé pour le recouvrement de notre souveraineté dont nous célébrons aujourd'hui le 60ème anniversaire de la cessation des combats.Le 18 mars 1962,les accords d’Évian furent signés,adoptant un cessez-le-feu applicable au lendemain sur tout le territoire,y compris le Sahara algérien.Une période de transition fut clôturée par un référendum d'autodétermination qui consacra l'indépendance de notre pays. Une œuvre humaine à dimension universelle venait d'être accomplie par le peuple algérien,ouvrant la voie à d'autres peuples colonisés de se réveiller et réagir.A travers ce devoir de mémoire c'est toute la fulgurante épopée qui revient à l'esprit avec cette marche ininterrompue de 132 années dans la résistance et l'insurrection permanente,où le peuple algérien,dans son soulèvement révolutionnaire authentique,avait écrit dans les pages de l'Histoire Universelle,l'une des strates les plus glorieuses du combat de l'Homme pour sa liberté,sa dignité et son droit au progrès.Aujourd'hui, les festivités commémorant le 60ème anniversaire de la fête de la victoire à Hammam Debagh,sont marquées par les nouvelles pierres blanches de l'Algérie nouvelle qui continue l'éjection de la prébende,la ruse,la malice perfide et l'opportunisme de la camarilla des saltimbanques de la rapine qui voulaient vendre le pays à la criée.Le peuple est resté vigilant pour répondre aux mesures drastiques liées à la prévention de l'insidieuse pandémie déclarée du Covid 19 malgré les signes d'éclaircie et cela révèle au grand jour le degré avancé de civisme de nos concitoyens résignés à affronter le péril à l'unisson.Il s'agit d'une Guerre virale sans précédent et par nature de rébellion,l'algérien demeure foncièrement allergique à toutes les formes d'invasion ou d'agression extérieures au point de s'engager dans une lutte implacable contre l'ennemi du moment,avec une abnégation inébranlable dans ses comportements sociétaux,acceptant de se discipliner dans l'aseptisation de son environnement immédiat,épousant en même temps une vigilance accrue.Ce peuple qui a ébranlé les fondements du colonialisme le 11 décembre 1960,se rappelle que l'indépendance du pays a été arrachée à un prix incommensurable en vies humaines parce que nous n'avons compté que sur nos potentialités et nos valeurs intrinsèques;et combien même nous héritions d'une "terre brûlée",avec son lot de misères,d'invalides,de chômeurs,d'analphabètes,de veuves et d'orphelins,ainsi qu'une économie dévastée,mais le peuple était libre après avoir subi les affres de la longue nuit coloniale,asservissante et déshumanisante.Aujourd'hui,la marche de ce grand héros qu'est le peuple,continue son avancée imperturbable et tout porte à croire que malgré les vicissitudes de la vie et les tentations du temps,il ne fait que suivre le cheminement de son destin,sans se départir ni de sa feuille de route embrassée le 1er novembre 1954,ni de sa mémoire collective d'où il puise ses forces identitaires de ressourcement.Les grands peuples se mesurent à la détermination et à la fermeté dans la résistance aux crises multiples pour savoir se relever et continuer leur marche dans un comportement moral ayant le cœur à l'ouvrage pour rattraper les temps perdus.Les grands peuples se mesurent aussi aux flux envahissant des actes accomplis et tranchés quotidiennement par des responsables de l'élite,engagés dans l'amorce des missions de grandes envergures en matière de développement global durablement maîtrisé,n'espérant obtenir en retour que la satisfaction morale du devoir accompli.Pour le peuple qui se veut positif,cette notion de morale et du devoir accompli,se doit d'être lisible sur tous les frontons des institutions du pays pour mettre un terme à toutes les tentations de l'arrogance ou la discorde des conflits de chapelles,des intérêts réduits et l'égocentrisme des uns et des autres,sur fond de reniement de l'intérêt général. Les tenants du pouvoir sont engagés à servir la patrie et ses citoyens et cette équation s'érige sur le concept idoine liant la notion du devoir et du droit.Dans le brouillard,les démons maléfiques du chaos et les doctes de l'unanimisme tenterons toujours de malmener les valeurs fondamentales de la citoyenneté à travers l'exclusion inappropriée des idées de l'acceptation de la différence,de la notion de partage et la sagesse d'une cohabitation sans heurts.C'est uniquement dans les rangs de la sagesse et de l'abnégation que l'on peut caresser l'espoir de notre renouveau national national,adossé à la fidélité au serment donné à nos martyrs,en vue de relever les défis les plus complexes.Dans cette dimension,l'on se doit de renouer avec les valeurs pérennes de notre histoire et avec la confiance en nos capacités ajustées aux vertus du travail et de la sueur.Les démissions déguisées,la léthargie,l'insouciance abrutissante et l'incurie provoquée,le caporalisme sourd et l'entêtement dans la bigoterie et la fourberie,n'ont pas droit de cité sur le chemin des peuples qui veulent avancer vers le progrès.Dans cette même dimension,nous dénotons l'autre brouillard où grenouillent les irréductibles revanchards qui "rêvent" toujours de récupérer leur "paradis perdu",en agitant leurs pions de services pour jeter l'anathème sur tous les boucliers protecteurs de la citadelle.Ces aventuriers frappés de cécité confinés dans un résidu antinational,tentent itérativement de casser le rythme d'évolution du peuple qui a décidé de consolider son essor articulé sur une urne transparente,une refonte territoriale densifiant autant son Sud que son Nord maritime,une option vers le dialogue Sud-Sud affermissant nos alliances géostratégiques ou encore une exploitation rationnelle et diversifiée de nos réserves énergétiques et nos ressources minières et enfin la préservation de notre mémoire.Ce nouveau cap dérange sensiblement les tenants de la voracité désuète de l'hémisphère nord,au point de nous harceler avec des supputations et des provocations déconcertantes.Le streaming concocté par les médias tenus en laisse par l'école de l'histoire coloniale,met actuellement en vogue une "marchandise" obsolète et cynique qui consiste à une "réparation des victimes du système colonial à travers l'effacement des dettes des anciennes colonies,pour combler le fossé mémoriel". Une proposition mesquine d'aumônière gelée entre les mains d'un bourreau qui feint d'ignorer qu'il doit répondre d'un crime contre l'Humanité.Ces margoulins à la comptabilité épicière sont loin d'apprendre que tout le budget de fonctionnement actuel de l'ancienne puissance coloniale ainsi que toutes les présumées dettes détenues par l'ordre colonial sur les anciennes colonies ne peuvent égaler le quart de la créance algérienne due par le royaume de France et l’État français,c'est à dire avant la conquête,durant les 132 ans de colonisation et après notre indépendance pour ce qui est des champs de mines,les essais nucléaires et les personnes disparues entre autres.Les apprentis du négoce macabre,notamment les guignols de la secte sioniste,s'agitent aujourd'hui à visage découvert,à occulter sciemment tous les contours de la machine infernale de l'extermination systématique mise en œuvre durant 132 ans,perpétrant un génocide avéré.Les négociants de l'infamie feraient de bons derviches hurleurs utiles pour leurs pourvoyeurs s'ils oseraient demander des explications sur l'origine de la réserve de l'or détenue par la banque de France,sur l'origine de l'acier de la tour Eiffel,sur l'origine de l'acier des rails et des wagons du réseau ferroviaire, sur l'origine des roches nobles et rares qui embellissent les édifices gothiques etc....!   Pour l'algérien lambda,la lecture des comptes se fait sur le Grand Livre. La période entre le 1er novembre 1954 et le 19 mars 1962 n'est qu'une page de notre Histoire inscrite dans ce grand livre ouvert que rien n'empêche de le lire sereinement et de débattre d'égal à égal toutes ses minutes entre gens civilisés.Pour peu que l'autre partie puisse se départir des obscures desseins tissés dans la fibre talmudique actuellement mise à rude épreuve et foncièrement secouée par le dernier sursaut de l'ours sibérien qui va mettre un terme à leur voracité hégémonique,sur une nouvelle reconfiguration mondiale cassant tout espoir de retrouver le Temple de Salomon.Game over.
