من أمام محكمة العدل في اسطنبول -
أعلن مسؤولون أتراك عن مصرع شخص واحد وقتل مهاجمين رميا بالرصاص خلال هجوم على قصر العدل في إسطنبول، اليوم الثلاثاء
وأظهرت صور جديدة لأشخاص يجلسون على الأرض ويحتمون ببوابات الكشف عن المعادن داخل المحكمة، أو يركضون بحثا عن ملجأ آمن
كما سمع بالمكان صوت كثيف لأعيرة نارية
من جانبه، كتب وزير الداخلية، علي يرلي كايا، على حساباته الرسمية بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، "قتل رجل وامرأة خلال محاولتهما مهاجمة نقطة تفتيش أمن في محكمة تشاغليان (قصر العدل) في الساعة 11.46 صباحا". (0846 بتوقيت غرينتش).
كما أصيب ستة أشخاص في الحادث، بينهم ثلاثة من أفراد الشرطة
جماعة يسارية متطرفة
وقال يرلي كايا في وقت لاحق إن المهاجمين ينتميان لـ "جبهة حزب التحرير الشعبي الثوري"، وهي جماعة يسارية متطرفة تعتبرها تركيا والولايات المتحدة والاتحاد الأوروبي "منظمة إرهابية
وشاغاليان، المعروف أيضا باسم قصر العدل في إسطنبول، مجمع محاكم ضخم يقع في منطقة كاغيثان على الجانب الأوروبي من إسطنبول
وكانت جبهة حزب التحرير الشعبي الثوري غير نشطة إلى حد كبير في السنوات الماضية
كما احتجزت الجماعة المدعي العام رهينة في نفس المحكمة في مارس/آذار 2015، وطالبت بالحصول على تفاصيل حول مقتل مراهق على يد الشرطة خلال الاحتجاجات المناهضة للحكومة في عام 2014
ولقي مسلحان حتفهما عندما اقتحمت الشرطة المبنى، وتوفي المدعي العام متأثرا بجراحه في وقت لاح
كذلك، أعلنت الجماعة مسؤوليتها أيضا عن الهجوم الانتحاري الذي وقع في فبراير/ شباط عام 2013 واستهدف السفارة الأميركية في أنقرة، ما أسفر عن مقتل حارس أمن تركي وإصابة أربعة أشخاص آخرين
