« Israël impose la politique du fait accompli »
« Les violations continues, graduelles et paroxystiques des règles et principes du droit international par Israël depuis des décennies, doivent cesser immédiatement. Israël n’a pas le droit d’exercer sa souveraineté sur les territoires palestiniens », a en préambule lancé M. Laraba.
Pour ce dernier, ce qui se passe en Palestine est « en contradiction flagrante » avec les principes des droits de l’homme et en violation évidente de la législation internationale. « La politique du fait accompli, imposée par Israël, est une manifestation d’une occupation qui ne repose sur aucune base légale ou légitimité », a-t-il encore soutenu.
