أدرار – مشاركون في يوم دراسي حول “الصلاحيات الجديدة للمحكمة الدستورية في ظل الصلاحيات الجديدة للمحكمة المحكمة

الدستورية، أن المحكمة الدستورية تشكل “الأساس لتحديد قواعد نظام القضاء الدستوري وضمان سيادة الدستور والحقوقوالحريات”. "التعديلات الدستورية ليوم 1 نوفمبر 2020" انعقدت، اليوم الأحد، بجامعة أحمد دراية بأدرار، بمبادرة من المحكمة الدستورية. وفي مداخلته، أكد السيد عبد الوهاب الشريف عضو المحكمة الدستورية ممثلا لرئيس هذه الهيئة، أن التعديلات الأخيرة التي أدخلت على الدستور الجزائري جعلت من المواطن "ضامن الحقوق والحريات"، معتبرا أن هذه الإنجازات تتطلب تضافر الجهود لضمان معرفة المواطن بالجانب القانوني من حيث الحقوق والحريات وإتقان القضايا المتعلقة بلغة الاستخدام القانوني. ويندرج هذا اللقاء، الذي أشرف عليه حقوقيون من القطاع القضائي وجامعة أدرار، في إطار مواصلة العملية المنطلقة لنشر الثقافة الدستورية والتعريف بمختلف صلاحيات المحكمة الدستورية، كمؤسسة رقابية، وفق منهجية تتيح مختلف المجالات. ومؤسسات الدولة على التواصل المباشر مع هذه الهيئة، بحسب منظمي هذا الحدث. كما تهدف هذه الفعالية إلى لفت انتباه أساتذة الجامعة إلى القضايا الدستورية وتشجيعهم على إجراء البحوث في المجالات المتعلقة بالمحكمة الدستورية، لتطوير الدراسات الأكاديمية. وكان هذا اليوم الدراسي فرصة للأكاديميين والقضاة والمحامين والباحثين والموظفين القضائيين والطلاب وكذلك ممثلي المجتمع المدني لتعميق معرفتهم بالقانون الدستوري، ولا سيما الأحكام المعتمدة في ضوء دستور 1 نوفمبر 2020.

Adrar - Participants à une journée d'étude sur « les nouveaux pouvoirs de la Cour Constitutionnelle à la lumière des nouveaux pouvoirs de la Cour ». Abdel Wahab Sharif, membre de la Cour constitutionnelle, représentant le chef de cette instance, a confirmé que les récents amendements apportés à la constitution algérienne ont fait du citoyen « le garant des droits et libertés », considérant que ces Les réalisations nécessitent des efforts concertés pour assurer la connaissance du citoyen de l'aspect juridique en termes de droits, de libertés et la maîtrise des questions liées au langage d'usage juridique. Cette rencontre, supervisée par des juristes du secteur judiciaire et de l'Université d'Adrar, s'inscrit dans le cadre de la poursuite du processus lancé pour diffuser la culture constitutionnelle et introduire les différents pouvoirs de la Cour Constitutionnelle, en tant qu'institution de contrôle, selon une méthodologie qui permet à diverses institutions étatiques de communiquer directement avec cet organisme, selon les organisateurs de cet événement. Cet événement vise également à attirer l'attention des professeurs d'université sur les questions constitutionnelles et à les encourager à mener des recherches dans les domaines liés à la Cour Constitutionnelle, à développer des études académiques. Cette journée d'étude a été l'occasion pour les universitaires, juges, avocats, chercheurs, personnels judiciaires, étudiants ainsi que les représentants de la société civile d'approfondir leurs connaissances en matière de droit constitutionnel, notamment les dispositions adoptées à la lumière de la Constitution du 1er novembre 2020

This study day was an opportunity for academics, judges, lawyers, researchers, judicial staff, students as well as representatives of civil society to deepen their knowledge of constitutional law, in particular the provisions adopted in light of the Constitution of November 1, 2020.
