بعد ثبوت تلقيها تمويلات أجنبية خلال الانتخابات وارتباطها بالإرهاب، فضلا عن توّرط أغلب وأبرز قياداتها في جرائم ضدّ أمن الدولة، تجدّدت المطالبات في تونس بحلّ حركة النهضة التي شارك تفي قيادة البلاد منذ عام 2011.

فقد دعا عدة رؤساء أحزاب سياسية تونسية إلى ضرورة تطبيق القانون على النهضة وحلّها وحظر نشاطها نهائيا.

وطالب رئيس حزب "التحالف من أجل تونس" سرحان الناصري السلطات المسؤولة "بحل الحركة وحظر نشاطها نهائيا، بعد ثبوت حصولها على تمويل أجنبي في مخالفة صريحة لقانون الأحزاب في البلاد".

بدوره، أكد الناطق الرسمي باسم حزب التيار الشعبي، محسن النابتي أن ملف "اللوبيينغ" المتورطة فيه حركة النهضة، هو أحد أهم ملفات المحاسبة"، معتبرا "أن الحكم الصادر في شأنه مؤشر على التقدم في قضايا أخرى، على غرار الجهاز السري للحركة، والتسفير إلى بؤر النزاع والإرهاب، وتبييض الأموال، إلى جانب الاغتيالات السياسية التي جدت بالبلاد سنة 2013".

وينص الفصل السابع من قانون مكافحة الإرهاب في تونس على "تتبع الذات المعنوية (حزب أو جمعية أو منظمة) إذا تبين أنها توفر الدعم لأنشطة لها علاقة بالجرائم الإرهابية".

كما ينّص على أنّه في حال ثبوت ضلوع الحزب أو الجمعية في نشاطات داعمة للإرهاب يتم حرمانه من مباشرة النشاط السياسي لمدة أقصاها خمسة أعوام أو حلّه.

سجن الغنوشي

وأمس الخميس، حكم القضاء التونسي بسجن زعيم الحركة راشد الغنوشي وصهره رفيق عبد السلام، 3 سنوات سجنا، بتهمة تلقي حزبهما تمويلا أجنبيا خلال انتخابات 2019، وذلك بعد أشهر من التحقيقيات القضائية.

علماً أن الغنوشي يقبع في السجن منذ منتصف أبريل 2023، بتهمة التآمر على أمن الدولة الداخلي، على خلفية تصريح هدد فيه بإشعال حرب أهلية وبإثارة الفوضى، في حال إبعاد الحركة من السلطة.

كذلك صدر حكم آخر بسجنه بتهم تتعلق بتبييض الأموال والاعتداء على أمن الدولة، في قضية ما يعرف إعلاميا بشركة "أنستالينغو" المختصة في الإنتاج الإعلامي الرقمي.

وإلى جانب الغنوشي، تقبع قيادات بارزة بالنهضة في السجون لمواجهتهم شبهات متعددة، من بينها التآمر على أمن الدولة" و"التورط في شبكات التسفير إلى بؤر التوتر"، من بينهم نائبا الرئيس نور الدين البحيري وعلي العريض
